caramel brulée latte

sweet, sweet, glorious caramel AND vanilla. need we say more?

here's what you need:

  • strong brew coffee: 4 tbsp. coffee grounds + ½ cup hot water + 2 tbsp. caramel sauce
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla syrup
  • 1 cup hot milk

brew the coffee. pour the caramel sauce, vanilla syrup, and hot milk and stir.
tastes. like. heaven.

skinny peppermint mocha coffee

flavor up your coffee with peppermint and taste the holiday season!

here's what you need:

  • ½ cup coffee (2 tbsp. coffee + half of presse filled with hot water) + ½ cup milk
  • 1 - 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
  • 1/8 tsp. peppermint extract (about 2 drops)

brew the coffee. mix in the chocolate syrup and peppermint extract - go easy on this one (it's very strong)! heat the milk and pour it in.

white chocolate coffee

white chocolate never tasted so good, until it met coffee.

here's what you need:

  • 2/3 cup coffee (2 1/2 tbsp. coffee grounds + 2/3 of the presse filled with hot water) + 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • sugar, to taste

brew the coffee. heat the milk in the microwave for 45 seconds (or until hot). stir in the white chocolate until smooth. pour the chocolate and milk mixture into the coffee. add sugar if desired.

pumpkin spice latte

when the cold sets in, there's no better match than a pumpkin spice latte. make it at home and save your cash.

here's what you need:

  • strong brew coffee: 4 tbsp. coffee grounds + ½ cup hot water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • a ¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice, plus more for sprinkling
  • a ¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract

start by brewing the strong coffee. while you wait, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla in a medium microwave safe bowl. cover the bowl with plastic wrap and vent with a small hole. microwave until the milk is hot (1-2 minutes). whisk until the milk mixture is foamy (30s).

pour milk mixture over coffee. top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice... bet everyone is jelly now.

here's what you need:

  • coffee
  • add 1-2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • stir in 1 tbsp. sugar
  • add milk to taste

brew hot coffee as usual, stir in cocoa powder and sugar. add milk to taste.
